Delivery & Returns
UK Standard Delivery: up to 10 working days, £2.50.
Rest of World Standard: up to 10-12 working days, < 1 Kg £5.00, 1 -5 Kg £10 and £5 per additional Kg thereafter.
All delivery time-scales exclude bank holidays.
Nova India Limited values your custom and to ensure that your order gets from us to you safely, all orders will require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery costs for international orders do not include duty and custom charges for the country receiving the product, so you may be required to pay additional domestic sales taxes at the time of delivery.
Exchanges & Returns
In the event of a wrong size being ordered and an exchange is required, this can be provided (subject to availability) but a delivery charge will be incurred. If an alternative size is not available we will issue you a credit voucher (to the value of the item you purchased) to use on Nova India Limited. We will only exchange or issue credit codes on products returned within 14 days of your receipt of the product.
If you wish to exchange a product, you must contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state the reason for the exchange (if wrong size... what size you now require), name of product and its item code and your name and address and order reference number. Only when we have issued you with a returns authorisation code and postal address to return must you proceed to return the product to us.
We will not accept returned products that have been worn, marked or the NovaIndia tag removed. All products must be returned in original packaging and enclosed paperwork.
Some fabrics and stoles may have minor imperfections. This is the nature of hand crafted goods. Block printing is done by hand which gives it its charm but can lead to irregular printing patterns. Hand woven stoles may also include some odd fibres or marks. Whilst we check every item upon purchase, we accept a degree of imperfection in hand made goods. Nova India will not refund against these minor imperfections in our garments.
If your product is faulty you can return it to us, providing it is in its original condition, for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Whilst all products are checked thoroughly for defects before dispatch, we do also advise that customers check products on receipt and before removing the Nova India tag. We will not accept returns and issue refunds for any non-faulty products also products that have been worn and tags removed. We will not accept returns for items returned outside of the 14 day return period, or items that have been worn, marked or the NovaIndia tag removed. All products must be returned in original packaging and enclosed paperwork.
All deliveries will require a signature for instances where delivery does not take place because they could not secure a signature on delivery, the order will be taken to a delivery office e.g. Royal Mail postal office. If you do not collect the order, or arrange a redelivery, the order will usually be returned to us. In this instance we resend the order to you, at your expense. However, the 14 day exchange & returns policy will apply to the date that initial delivery was made, not the date of redelivery.
The value of refund will exclude delivery costs. You the buyer are responsible for the cost of returning any products. NovaIndia is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post, so buyers are advised to return products using a signed for delivery service and a receipt of postage. Please also note that the products can take up to 7 working days to arrive with us, unless sent via special delivery, so please ensure you allow enough time for any return.

Once we have received the returned products in their original condition, Nova India tag intact, and complete with all their original packaging and paperwork, we will refund the original credit or debit card used for the purchase (excluding original delivery charge). The time taken for the refund to be credited to your account will depend on your bank or credit card issuer so please allow up to 10 working days.
Very important when returning any product:
We recommend that you use either a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer proof of delivery. It will protect you if you have proof of delivery of returned products, only when Nova India Limited have received these goods (in adherence with our returns and exchange policy) do they become our responsibility.
Under the UK Distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel the purchase of any product within seven working days of delivery.

Please state the name of product and your name and address and the order reference number. Only when we have issued you with a returns authorisation code and postal address to return must you proceed to return the product to us.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this delivery and returns policy.
